China (mainland HK Macao) eSIM Plans

For longer trips, remote work, or heavy streaming, look at daily unlimited plans — they give you a set high-speed allowance each day with reduced-speed fallback.

The right choice depends on how many days you're traveling and how much you rely on data-heavy apps.

Daily unlimited plans give you a set high-speed data bucket each day. If you hit the limit, data continues at reduced speed.

Fixed-data plans give you a total pool to use however you like — but data stops when you run out.

Choose daily for predictable per-day costs; choose fixed if your usage varies day to day.

It depends on the plan you choose:

• First network connection (On Arrival): The validity starts only when you arrive in China (mainland HK Macao) and connect to the local network. Most plans use this policy.
• First installation (Immediate): The validity starts immediately after you install the eSIM. Some plans use this policy.

Most modern phones are supported. The quickest way to check is to dial *#06# on your phone. If you see an EID number (32 digits) on the screen, your phone supports eSIM!
