It depends on the plan you choose:

• First network connection (On Arrival): The validity starts only when you arrive in Vietnam and connect to the local network. Most plans use this policy.
• First installation (Immediate): The validity starts immediately after you install the eSIM. Some plans use this policy.

Most modern phones are supported. The quickest way to check is to dial *#06# on your phone. If you see an EID number (32 digits) on the screen, your phone supports eSIM!

(Note: iPhones purchased in China Mainland usually do not support eSIM.)

It's instant and paperless. After purchase, you will receive a QR Code via email.

1. Scan the code in your phone's Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM.
2. When you land in Vietnam, turn on Data Roaming for this eSIM line.
3. You will connect to the best local network automatically.

This varies by plan type:

• Daily Plans (e.g., 500MB/Day): You get Unlimited Data. If you hit the daily high-speed limit, you can continue using data at a reduced speed (usually not lower than 256kbps) under the Fair Usage Policy (FUP).
• Fixed Data Plans (e.g., 10GB Total): These plans do not have FUP. The data service will stop immediately once the total limit is reached. We recommend buying a larger plan if you are a heavy user.
