Every Roamiya purchase generates documentation automatically. What you receive depends on whether you need a simple proof of purchase or a formal tax invoice for your company.
Within seconds of a successful payment, you receive an Order Confirmation Email at the address you used during checkout. This email includes:
- Order number (starts with #R, e.g., #R8291)
- Plan details (destination, data amount, validity period)
- Total amount paid in the currency shown at checkout
- Date and time of transaction
- eSIM installation details (QR code and manual activation information)
For most travelers, this email serves as a valid proof of purchase. Save it or forward it to your expense system.

If you need a formal invoice for business accounting, VAT reimbursement, or company expense reporting, we can generate one on request.
We will send a downloadable PDF invoice within 24 hours. The invoice will reference the same order number and amount as your confirmation email.
Can I change the billing details after receiving the invoice?
Yes. If you made a mistake in the company name or address, reply to the invoice email with the corrected information and we will regenerate it.
Is VAT included in the price?
Roamiya is a Hong Kong registered company. Our prices are generally exclusive of local VAT unless stated otherwise on the checkout page. How you account for VAT on digital services depends on your country's regulations for cross-border digital goods. Consult your local tax advisor if you are unsure.
I need the invoice in a specific format for my company.
Include any formatting requirements in your email to support and we will accommodate them where possible. The standard format is a PDF with line items matching your order.
