At Roamiya, we want you to travel with confidence. Here is our transparent refund policy, aligned with our Terms of Service.
✅ 1. The 100% "No-Scan" Guarantee
Plans change. Trips get cancelled. We get it.
We offer a 100% Full Refund if:
- You purchased the eSIM from Roamiya.
- You have NOT scanned the QR code.
- It is within 30 days of purchase.
If you meet these criteria, simply email us. We will verify the code status (we can see if it was scanned) and refund you immediately.
⚠️ 2. Refunds for Technical Issues
If you installed the eSIM but it doesn't work, you are eligible for a refund ONLY IF:
- You contacted Support ([email protected]) WHILE you were at the destination.
- We were given a chance to troubleshoot.
- We confirmed it was a technical fault that could not be resolved.
❌ Important: We cannot issue refunds if you contact us after your trip. We need to troubleshoot while the issue is happening to verify the network fault.
🚫 3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We generally DO NOT refund in these cases:
- Device Incompatibility: You bought an eSIM but your phone is locked or not compatible (Terms Section 3).
- User Error: You deleted the eSIM by mistake (QR codes are one-time use).
- Change of Mind (Post-Scan): You scanned the code but decided not to use it. Once scanned, the product is "consumed".
- Wrong Region: You bought a Thailand eSIM but tried to use it in Vietnam.
- Speeds (FUP): You hit your fair usage limit and were throttled.

- Reason for refund
- (If technical issue) Screenshots of your settings
Processing Time: Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank (Stripe/Alipay processing times).
