Step 1: Toggle Data Roaming
- Go to Settings > Cellular (iPhone) or Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks (Android).
- Ensure Data Roaming is turned ON β for your Roamiya eSIM.
- Toggle it OFF and ON again to refresh the connection.
Step 2: Restart Your Phone
A simple restart often clears this error:
- Power off your phone completely.
- Wait 10 seconds.
- Power back on.
Step 3: Re-select the Network
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Select eSIM > Network Selection.
- Turn Automatic OFF.
- Wait for available networks to appear.
- Select the carrier listed in your Roamiya confirmation email.
- Turn Automatic back ON.
